We want you to love your Alif by Moon purchase — here’s everything you need to know about delivery, tracking, returns and exchanges across Pakistan.


Shipping Information

Processing time
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (except weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times (within Pakistan)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (most cities)

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (select cities only; available at checkout)

Shipping cost

  • Flat rate (Standard): PKR 250

  • Express: PKR 450

  • Free shipping: on orders over PKR 6,000 (Promotion Coupon applied automatically at checkout)

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. COD orders must be paid in cash on delivery; please keep exact change if possible. COD may be restricted for very large orders or suspicious shipping addresses.

Tracking your order
After dispatch you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Click the tracking link or paste the tracking number on the courier’s tracking page.

Delivery exceptions & delays
Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, remote locations, or courier delays. We’ll notify you by email/WhatsApp if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping partners
We work with reputed local couriers (e.g., TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.). The courier used for your order is shown in the dispatch email.


Returns & Exchanges — Simple & Fair

Return window
You may return or exchange eligible items within 07 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for return/exchange
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and unworn.

  • All original tags and labels still attached.

  • In original packaging (including any freebies, accessories, or swing tags).

  • Free of perfume, deodorant marks or pet/food stains.

Items not eligible for return

  • Final-sale items (clearly labeled).

  • Items marked as “Hygiene” (undergarments) — unless faulty.

  • Custom or made-to-measure garments (unless faulty).

  • Items returned after the 07-day window.

How to request a return/exchange

  1. Contact Support within 07 days via WhatsApp OR email:

  2. Our support team will review and provide a return authorization with next steps and the return address.

  3. Pack the item safely and ship it to the return address provided. Use a tracked courier and keep your tracking number.

Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind / wrong size (customer choice): Customer pays return shipping.

  • Faulty / incorrect item received: Alif by Moon covers return shipping and resends or refunds the order.

  • Exchanges: If you exchange an item, we’ll provide instructions — you may be asked to pay for reshipment unless the return is for a fault.

Refund processing time
Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds to bank account / card generally take 5–10 business days after processing (depends on your bank).

  • COD refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer — we’ll confirm options case-by-case.

Partial refunds / restocking
If an item is returned in a condition not suitable for resale, a partial refund may be issued or return may be declined. We will notify you before issuing any partial refund.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos & videos of the damage and packaging.

  2. We will arrange for a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund (including return shipping).


Exchanges & Size Issues

If an item doesn’t fit:

  • Contact us within 07 days to request an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • Customer pays return shipping for size exchanges.


International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. We may offer international shipping in the future — subscribe to our newsletter to get updates.
