1. Do you ship across Pakistan and how long does delivery take?

Yes — we deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your city. We offer express delivery (1–3 business days) in select cities. Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Standard shipping is PKR 250 (estimate) and express shipping is PKR 450. We offer free standard shipping on orders over PKR 6,000 (automatically applied at checkout). Exact shipping costs appear at checkout.

Yes — Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. COD is popular in Pakistan — please have exact change ready where possible. COD may be restricted for very large orders or special promotions.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and online payments through supported gateways (cards / EasyPaisa / JazzCash when enabled). Card and mobile wallet payments are processed securely by third-party gateways — we do not store card details on our servers.

We offer 07-day easy returns & exchanges from the date of delivery for eligible items (unused, tags attached, original packaging). Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge. For full terms, visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Contact our support team within 07 days via WhatsApp or info@alifbymoon.com with your Order ID, product name/SKU, reason, and photos (if faulty). We’ll issue a return authorization and next-step instructions. Use the Returns form on our Returns page to speed up processing.

Check our Size Guide page — it shows chest, waist, hip, shoulder and trouser measurements (in inches & cm) and how we measure garments. If you’re between sizes or unsure, message your measurements (bust/waist/hips) to our WhatsApp for a personalised size recommendation.

After dispatch you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email and WhatsApp. Click the courier link in the message or paste the tracking number on the courier’s website to follow your shipment. If you didn’t receive tracking details, contact support with your Order ID.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Bank or card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days depending on your bank. For COD refunds we may offer store credit or bank transfer — we’ll confirm the option when processing.

Yes — orders can usually be cancelled within 06 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched. Contact support immediately with your Order ID. If your order has already been shipped, please follow our returns procedure.
