1. Introduction & acceptance of terms

Welcome to Alif by Moon. By accessing or placing an order through https://alifbymoon.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or place an order.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Alif by Moon (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).

2. Products & descriptions

We offer stitched dresses, ethnic wear, semi-formal dresses, casual collections and accessories. We try to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, images, colours and sizing, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display exactly matches products.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item and you receive a shipping confirmation (dispatch email).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to obtain authorisation for payment.

  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the payment promptly according to the refund policy.

4. Prices, currency & taxes

  • All prices on the Site are shown in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless otherwise stated and do not include shipping (unless free shipping threshold is met).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices and offers.

  • Taxes: where applicable, taxes will be applied at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs for international orders (if/when offered).

5. Payment methods & payment terms

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and other online payment gateways if enabled (e.g., EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Card payment via third-party provider). Details displayed on checkout are final.

  • For online payments, your payment card data is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.

  • Orders paid via bank transfer are processed after we receive payment and confirm it. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

6. Shipping, delivery & title transfer

  • Shipping & delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping & Returns page. We ship to locations as specified in the shipping settings (currently Pakistan only).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure.

  • Title and risk of loss for products pass to you on delivery.

7. Returns, exchanges & refunds

  • Our returns & exchanges policy is described on the Shipping & Returns page. In summary: eligible returns must be requested within 07 days of delivery, returned in original condition, with tags & packaging.

  • Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded (including return shipping costs). For change-of-mind returns, the customer typically bears return shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 06 hours of placement provided they have not been dispatched. To cancel, contact support immediately with your Order ID.

  • If an order is already dispatched, standard return procedures apply.

9. User accounts, passwords & security

  • You may create an account on the Site. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and for keeping your password secure.

  • Notify us immediately at info@alifbymoon.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account use where you have not reported it promptly.

10. Intellectual property

  • All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, logos, product photos, and code — is the property of Alif by Moon or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. User conduct & prohibited uses

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate any laws.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or servers.

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alif by Moon and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations where performance is prevented by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, courier strikes, government restrictions). In such events we will notify affected customers and seek to fulfill orders as soon as practicable.
